The client, a small regional lender in Texas, was competing with a larger institution and not making any headway. They wanted to increase the traffic to their loan application pages, the number of downloads of their lending guides, contact form submissions, and use of online loan calculators. 

 

The lender also found it a challenge navigating digital marketing limitations on advertising for credit and advertising within fair housing regulations.

In order for the marketing initiatives to be successful, the Search & Convert team focused on continual conversion analysis, in-depth keyword optimization, and audience research to identify the key target audiences who were most likely to apply for a land loan.
